Platinum Package – Full Management with Rent Protection
Our Platinum Management package is designed to ensure our landlords are financially secure at all times. This package includes a Rent Guarantee Insurance Policy, and legal expenses cover.
Should your tenant fall into arrears, the insurer will cover the cost of the unpaid rent and also all associated legal costs in regaining possession of the property.* Our Platinum package also covers all aspects of the other Management Packages as standard.

This service includes rent collection, digital statements, arrears management, maintenance coordination, periodic property inspections with digitally crafted reports, serving of any legal notices, and secure key holding.

Our Silver package is tailored for landlords who wish to remain hands-on with the general upkeep of their property, but wish for the financial aspects to be covered. We will collect the rent from your tenants, manage any arrears in the event a tenant is unable to pay, whilst transferring the rental income directly to you; complete with an accompanying statement.

Our Bronze package is for the hands-on landlord, with assistance in the marketing, tenant sourcing and referencing stages. You will benefit from our ability to proactively advertise your rental property, arrange and conduct viewings to meet the prospective tenants, and collate together a thorough report on the ideal candidates to proceed with an application. We will also comprehensively reference your tenants and secure their deposit within a government-approved scheme.
