Success At Our April North West Property Auction

“It’s an incredible business”, “If you want a speedy purchase, quick cash flow and you want it to happen quickly and efficiently with a really great bunch of people, Edward Mellor is the perfect choice”.

What lovely words from successful seller David Kraftman, who achieved £30,000 over the guide price for his property in just 9 weeks with Edward Mellor Auction North West this April.

Each month our property auction seems to be getting bigger and better, with clients achieving far more money than they would with another estate agent, in a faster time scale at the fall of the hammer.

Not only did we sell 77% of all properties offered at our April North West auction, but 76% of all properties sold over the guide price!

Here’s just a handful of successful lots from our April Auction:

Success Stories From Our April Auction

It’s no secret that our auction blue print for success really does work, and it seems like sellers all across the North West are catching on. Our long standing auctioneer, Nick Green, has “seen an 11% increase, year on year, in the number of properties going to auction” with the “geographical spread now encompassing all of the North West and North Wales”.

If you’d like to try a new approach to getting the best price for your property in a matter of weeks, the time to do it is NOW. We are accepting lots for our auction on Monday 19th of June, with the closing date for entries on the 24th of May.

If you’re still wondering why it pays to put your property into an Edward Mellor auction, we’ll let successful seller Stuart tell you.

Stewart Cable had a fantastic time selling his property at auction with Edward Mellor. After being told he would achieve around £95,000 for his property by other local estate agents, Stewart decided he’d try selling at auction after other friends recommended Edward Mellor. On the day, the Gavel dropped at £108,000 with the property exceeding Stewart’s expectations selling £13,000 more than what other estate agents said he would achieve.
