Terms and Conditions
In order to receive a payment which is equivalent to 6 months of your Buildings and Contents policy (6 months premium only, the amount payable does not include any interest or finance charges if you pay by monthly instalments), all you need to do is:
- Arrange your home Buildings & Contents Insurance cover through Edward Mellor Limited.
- Pay all amounts due on the policy for the full 12 months.
- We will contact you 30 days before the policy renewal date to arrange payment.
YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
