Gold Management
Our Gold package is designed to ensure our landlords are financially secure at all times. This package includes a Rent guarantee insurance policy, and legal expenses cover, so should your tenant fall into arrears, the insurer will cover the cost of the unpaid rent and also all associated legal costs in regaining possession of the property.* Our Gold package also covers all aspects of the Silver and Bronze management as standard.

Silver Management
The Silver package is our full management package which offers landlords the assurance that their property is in good hands throughout the tenancy. The service provided includes rent collection, with the rent paid to the landlord the SAME DAY it is received, digital statements, arrears management, maintenance coordination, periodic property inspections with digitally produced reports, serving of legal notices, secure key holding.
Bronze Management
The Bronze package is for landlords who want to be hands-on with the upkeep of their property, but do not want involvement with the money side of things. The bronze package will collect rent from the tenant, manage arrears in the event the tenant does not pay, and pay the rent over to you, with an accompanying statement sent via email.
