After a busy month with two successful auctions during March, our April 2025 online property auction is set to begin in less than a week!
The event will begin at noon on Wednesday, 23rd April, with final bidding on individual lots beginning at noon on Thursday, 24th April.
During our March auction events, we generated £9.9 million for our grateful vendors, and we’re wasting no time in ensuring that our April sale is just as impressive!
There are still a few properties available from our March 26th – 27th Auction. If you’re interested in securing one of the remaining lots or want to see the sale results, you can visit our previous auction page using the link below.
During our April online property auction, we will be offering a fantastic range of lots, ranging from family homes and apartments to commercial properties and development plots.
We’re still seeing a lot of competition between landlords and homeowners for residential properties, so the bidding for these lots will likely be intense on auction day – especially for lots sold at probate.
With some landlords choosing to exit the rental market, we are seeing a lot of apartments coming to auction. These can represent good opportunities for savvy investors or first-time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder.
Some rental properties are sold as tenanted concerns and can even combine both residential and commercial spaces, meaning that landlords can quickly expand their existing portfolios by carefully targeting the right properties.
