As the auction market continues to heat up, we’ve been busy preparing for another exciting auction cycle with more than 80 lots going under the hammer!
It was recently reported that the North West is a hub of activity for both traditional and auction property sales, so we’re certainly looking forward to generating fantastic returns for our vendors as one of the region’s leading auction houses.
During our May 2025 property auction, we achieved a 79% success rate of lots sold, generating over £7,000,000 for our vendors.
There are still a few properties available from our May 14th – 15th Auction. If you’re interested in securing one of the remaining lots or want to see the sale results, you can visit our previous auction page using the link below.
May 14th-15th Property Auction
We constantly update our auction pages as properties continue to sell post-auction, so be sure to check in regularly if there are any lots that interest you. We also publish our upcoming auction dates on our auction calendar to update clients about all our past and upcoming events.
With more than 80 properties available for auction this month, buyers can expect an eclectic collection of family homes, apartments, commercial lots, and development plots.
Probate sales are common at auction, as are properties being sold by professionals as investment/development opportunities.
Landlords choosing to exit the rental market continue to add to the availability of auction stock, which is driving competition between existing first-time buyers and buy-to-let bidders.
