Our April Auction Will Be Held Online

Although the COVID-19 outbreak has put a lot of things on hold, our April auction isn’t one of them.

We’re committed to taking care of our clients, colleagues and communities during this difficult time – which is why we’ve moved our auction online.

Get ready to experience property auctions in a completely different way.

Our online auction blends the very best of tradition and technology – allowing you to play homes under the hammer from your sofa.

From virtual viewings to online bidding, the entire process will happen digitally.

Our dedicated team of auction experts will still be on hand to guide you through our online auction process, from start to finish.

You’ll receive the same great personal service from our team, but it’ll all happen from the comfort of your living room.

We’ve now made it easier than ever for more people to experience the speed, certainty and thrill of auction by bringing it online.

But how does it all work?

Buying a property via our online auction platform couldn’t be easier. It’s a simple process that has all the benefits of buying a property through a traditional auction.

It’s fast, transparent and you can buy your ideal auction property whilst enjoying a cupper at home – which is an added bonus.

Take a look at the simple four-step process to buying a property at our online auction…

Step One: Take a look at the lots you’d like to bid on

This April, we’re offering a fantastic selection of residential and commercial properties from across the country.

We’ve got tenanted investments with large rental yields, fixer-uppers, family homes, unusual properties and even lots for £1.

So first things first, take a good look at the online catalogue and decide which lots you’re interested in.

Whilst you’re browsing the catalogue, you can also conduct your own viewings too.

Simply click the interactive tour button listed below the property pictures and take your own walk-around tour.

A member of our auction team can even jump on a call with you whilst you do this, in case you have any questions whilst you’re viewing the property.

Step Two: Create Your Account

Once you’ve scouted out your ideal auction properties, you’ll need to create your account so you can register to bid. To create an account, you’ll need to provide your email address and a secure password.

You’ll also need to fill in a few personal details, such as your full name and phone number too.

You will then need to verify your email account by clicking an activation link that we’ll send to you via email.

Step Three: Register

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll then need to register to bid at our April auction.

Step Four: BID!

Once you’ve been approved to bid, you just have to wait until the bidding begins at 12 pm on Wednesday 29th April.
