Covid-19 Update From Edward Mellor

We’re still open for business and continuing to support our customers 

Last night (30th December 2020) the Government announced tighter restrictions to help stop the spread of coronavirus, but for us, nothing has changed.

Whilst we now all reside and work in a Tier 4 location, the Government has given the go ahead for our sector to continue to operate, in the same Covid safe way we have been doing.

Since March we’ve transformed how we operate, putting your health and safety at the forefront of everything we do. This means we’re still able to help you discover your dream home, or secure the best mortgage rate available, or even guide you on your property journey from start to finish – all at a safe 2m distance.

Our aim is to continue to help and support customers, in the very best way that we can, and these new ways of working have enabled our dedicated team to achieve this.

Our branches are still open (strictly by appointment only), and the teams are just a phone call away should you wish to speak to them.

Our telephone lines will remain open from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, from 9.00am until 5pm on Friday and 9.00am until 1pm on a Saturday. You can also reach the team via email.

We’re Committed to Keeping Our Staff and Customers Safe!

  • Branch offices will be open by appointment only
  • Mortgage advisors will be available for telephone or video appointments
  • Surveyors can continue to visit homes for mortgage/homebuyer purposes
  • Valuers for both Estates and Auction, as well as our viewing agents will continue to visit houses and keep the property market moving.

Our Head Office functions will continue to provide the support for all of our customers on their house buying/selling journey.
