As an experienced Estate Agent, you will understand the difficulties you face in your role and finding the right balance between working with vendors, working with applicants and buyers, progressing sales, attending viewings, office administration,  negotiating sales and so on.

With so much to do, often the vendors can be overlooked and may not receive the service they deserve, until now…

Our Vendor Relationship Managers will be engaging solely with our vendors to fully understand their objectives, circumstances and motivations, working alongside them to get the very best outcomes.

Being the single point of contact for vendors across your own area, you will maintain an ongoing relationship and ensure they are getting the best experience possible. You will also ensure they are in the best position to be both legally and financially prepared, talking about how their property is performing in terms of digital engagement, in terms of viewings and ultimately offers and it is you who will deal with the offers on behalf of the vendor, so that your vendor has full confidence that we are working to achieve the best for them.

Based out of our Head Office in Stockport, the role forms part of our exciting new specialist team, working across our branch network and delivering better outcomes for our customers.

We are looking for experienced Estate Agents with strong customer values, excellent communication skills (includes listening and understanding!) and drive to be the best at delivering results for your customer.
