The last Friday of the month is always a social one here in Stockport as there is a popular event held in the town centre.
Foodie Friday is Stockport’s food and drink event which is held between 6 pm and 9 pm at Stockport Market Place on the last Friday of every month.
It is a fantastic opportunity for friends and family to come together and appreciate all the different foods and drinks available from lots of different local traders.
The event is held both inside and outside the market hall making room for a large array of stalls and individual talents.
It is located in Stockport Old Town, with bits sections of the markets located outside of the market hall and other stalls being inside the market hall itself making room for a large array of stalls and individuals to show what they offer.
Soak in the atmosphere and appreciate all the sights and sounds, including live bands throughout the night.
Foodie Friday is a truly unique social event creating a continental-style, street style food and drinks meaning it appeals to everyone from students to families.
