Dig out your Christmas jumpers, woolly hats & scarfs because the Hazel Grove Christmas markets are back again this year – and they’re bigger and better than ever!
There’s going to be a wide variety of amazing traders offering scrumptious festive food and drinks, as well as performances, rides and a visit from Mr.C himself.
Father Christmas will be making an appearance on the day along with local brass bands, choirs and much more!
Here is a breakdown of the different events on the day.

– Children’s rides
The Snowflake sisters will be performing at the Christmas Markets from 12pm until 1.30pm, tickets will be £8 each, which includes a meet & greet with the sisters after their show and also a snack box. You can contact the hosts of the markets here, for tickets, or visit The Rising Sun.
Crystal chords will also be performing at the Christmas markets between 3pm and 3.30pm. They have recently won silver in the annual national competition from LABBS, so you’re in for a treat.
The event is taking place on Sunday the 2nd of December 2018 at 11am- 5pm.
Topkapi in Hazel Grove has very kindly donated a raffle prize to the Hazel Grove Royal British Legion who will be having a Tombola at the Christmas markets – what a lovely gesture, Topkapi!

The Hazel Grove markets will be held at the Rising Sun, Buxton Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 6AD.
The pub will be closed on the 30th of November until 7am on Monday the 3rd of December, because of the winter wonderland taking place.
For those who will be looking to drive to the markets, there will alternative parking which can be found on the ring and ride or at Torkington Park.
