Selling with Speed and Certainty!
As selling property at auction continues to grow in popularity, the advantages of the auction sale process are becoming increasingly apparent to an ever-wider audience.
During our June 2025 online property auction, we were again delighted to help vendors, old and new, achieve impressive sales – even where others had failed.
By relying on our proven method, vendors can confidently sell any property in any condition, including unmortgageable homes, tenanted properties, and development sites.
Furthermore, selling at auction allows vendors to complete their sale in weeks rather than months or years, which can be a huge benefit for clients selling at probate, divesting assets or seeking to unlock funds quickly.

At the time of writing, we have sold 43 of our available lots, generating £7,907,750 for our clients.
Vendors are free to accept offers on properties prior to the start of the auction event, and we continue to engage with buyers once the auction itself has ended.
There are still a few properties available to purchase post-auction. To see our remaining lots and view some of our impressive auction results for yourself, simply follow the link to the auction page below.

We constantly update our auction pages as properties continue to sell post-auction, so be sure to check in regularly if there are any lots that interest you.
We also publish our upcoming auction dates on our auction calendar to update clients about all our past and upcoming events.
This month, we’ve decided to focus on welcoming new clients and helping to sell ‘problem properties’ as the focus of our auction success stories.
The vendors for these properties had encountered a variety of unique issues that had meant that their property ambitions had stalled. By relying on our proven auction process, we were able to get them moving.
As we’ve repeatedly seen over our years in the industry, selling at auction truly means that no property is left behind!
When our vendor became the sole executor of her late friend’s estate, they found themselves navigating not only the emotional weight of that responsibility but also the long and often frustrating probate process.
It took over a year for probate to be granted, and during that time, a sale had already fallen through – leaving them feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.
Just when the seller was on the verge of giving up, a friend recommended selling at auction as an alternative route.
From the moment the vendor engaged with us, we took swift action to position the property for success.
We advised a pricing strategy designed to attract strong buyer interest, supported by our extensive marketing reach and a transparent sales process.
On July 12th, 102 Church Road went under the hammer and successfully sold for £92,000, providing our vendor with much-needed closure and a stress-free conclusion to what had been a long and difficult journey.
This sale is a powerful reminder of how auction sales can offer certainty, speed, and a fresh start – even when the traditional route has failed.
After months on the traditional market with another agent and little progress, Moss Avenue is a standout example of how property auctions can deliver fast, secure, and exceptional results when the right strategy is in place.
Originally listed at £175,000, the vendor accepted a lower offer in hopes of moving forward with their onward plans, only for it to fall through unexpectedly. Frustrated, but still motivated to sell, they turned to us for a fresh approach.
With a carefully considered pricing strategy designed to generate serious interest and competitive bidding, the vendor placed their trust in our auction process – and that trust was soon rewarded!
The property sold for £186,000 — a full £41,000 over the reserve and even above the original offer received on the open market.
With the sale legally binding at the fall of the gavel, the vendor secured a strong result with the speed and certainty they needed.
The owner of this mixed-use commercial property had previously allowed a family member to run their business from the premises, meaning it wasn’t producing any rental income. With no intention of becoming a landlord, his goal was simple: release equity quickly without the hassle of ongoing management.
Within just three weeks of signing the auction agreement, we exceeded expectations, achieving a sale price £20,000 above the anticipated market value.
Another fast, effective result through auction!
