Today marked the start of the first June online property auction!
Buyers began to bid in our June auction from noon, all from the comfort of their own sofa.
Despite still being apart and not quite back to normality, our dedicated auction team are still able to bring people and property together.
And with nearly 200 people registering their interest to bid at our June auction, our first online sale of the month is off to a flying start.
So much so, we’ve managed to sell 10 properties prior to our June auction even going live!
With only 36 residential and commercial properties remaining, we don’t want you to miss out!
Catch up on all the action from the first day of bidding below.
We’ve had a lot of interest in pretty much all of our residential properties this June.
In fact, over 85% of all of our residential lots have individual people watching them, just waiting to bid.
However, the top properties with a significant amount of interest are lot 1 and lot 11.
These two lots have over 60 registered bidders watching the properties!
So keep your eyes peeled to see what these two sell for tomorrow.
We’ve got loads of unique commercial properties going under the gavel this June.
Although each one offers an exciting opportunity, the lot with the most interest so far is 27.
This parcel of land in Moston is proving to be popular so it’s definitely one to keep an eye on tomorrow.
There’s still over half a day to go until bidding begins to close tomorrow at 12 pm.
We’ve had a great start to our auction and the excitement is set to increase as the countdown to bidding closes.
If you want to watch the virtual bidding, all you have to do is visit the history tab on our auction widget hosted at the side of the auction property.
It will show you real-time bidding, the bidding history and the highest bid on the lot you’re looking at.
The auction will be live for 24 hours from 12 pm on Tuesday 2nd June with the first lot closing tomorrow at 12 pm on Wednesday 3rd June.
Unfortunately, we can’t give you exact timings as to when each lot closes as it’s running in the same way a traditional auction would, and some lots will take longer than others.
Therefore we recommend you watch the auction from lot 1 tomorrow at 12 pm.
If you’re interested in bidding but you’re not registered, you haven’t missed the boat just yet!
There’s still time to register and place your bids on all lots going under the virtual gavel this June.
Before you make a bid, please do make sure you’ve read the full legal pack so you’re up to speed with all the paperwork.
