May 14th-15th Property Auction

As always, it was a difficult task to choose which properties to highlight from our monthly success stories. However, we decided to focus on a few examples that demonstrate how auction sales can help sellers achieve excellent results at speed.
This property was on the market with our Droylsden office for £180,000. However, for personal reasons, our client decided they wanted a quick sale, so selling by auction was introduced to them by the branch.
After speaking with the seller, the house came straight over and into the auction, in a totally seamless move.
