Edward Mellor is proud to announce that we are supporting the Neighbours Nest Hub this Easter. We’ve donated £200 to the community group’s upcoming Easter event in Clayton, where children will have the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny and receive a donated easter egg.
The event will take place on Saturday 19th April from 12.00 PM to 2.30 PM at the Seymour Road Scout Hut at M11 4PS.
In addition to an early visit from the Easter Bunny, there’ll be crafts, stalls and lots of fun and games!
Entry will cost just £2.50 per child.
The Neighbours Nest Hub was originally founded as a community during the beginning of the cost-of-living crisis.
The group supports the local community by providing food, drinks, and a safe social environment in which to play games without the need to worry about financial burdens.
Further to holding local events and providing free food and drinks, the Neighbours Nest Hub also supports the community by providing digital inclusion projects, which help the older generation to be tech-savvy and use mobile phone apps to book appointments and order medication from doctors.
The group also helps people to contact Citizens Advice and local services for health, alcohol and drug abuse issues.
The Neighbours Nest Hub Easter Fun Day is a great opportunity to give your little ones something to look forward to, as well as a chance to get out and have some fun without needing a coat now that the sun is back with us!
