We’re thrilled to announce our first face-to-face Property Investment Seminar, which will take place at the Edward Mellor Head Office building in Stockport on 29th February 2024. During the event, both guest speakers and Edward Mellor staff will be on hand to help you develop a winning property investment strategy for 2024 and beyond.

The event will be held at 59 St Petersgate, Stockport SK1 1DH, with doors opening at 6:00 PM.
Free parking will be provided in our car park to the rear of the Edward Mellor building in Stockport.
To find us simply pass the Edward Mellor building on St Petersgate, then turn left onto Lawrence Street and finally turn left again down the ramp into our car park at the bottom.
Local public parking is also available nearby should you need it, but you may be charged based on local rates.
On the night of the event, you’ll have the chance to hear from several leading property industry experts, as well as members of the Edward Mellor team who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have. You’ll also have the chance to network with other industry representatives and property owners to discuss the market and share experiences. Saif Derzi, is the founder of SDGB Properties and an award-winning property investor, who recently wowed audiences when he discussed how he bought 194 houses in five years. Today, Saif has bought and sold over 220 properties – and counting!
Saif will be giving a presentation on ‘How to Become a Property Trader in 2024’, where he will discuss how to scale property investments in the current property market.
Laura Phillips (MARLA, NAEA), Head of Property Acquisition at Serco will discuss Serco’s property acquisition for the AASC, emphasising what they offer to property owners.
“I am Head of Property Acquisition for Serco. We are procuring properties for the AASC (Asylum Accommodation Support Contract) We onboard HMOs and family properties throughout the North West, Midlands and East of England,” she says.

Edward Mellor Auction Valuation Managers Austin Mellor and Dale Cox MARLA will also be in attendance to discuss how to create a winning buy-to-let strategy in 2024, with practical advice on buying property as an investment at auction.
