Our first visit to the National Landlord Investment Show was a stunning success!
Last week, our auction team had the pleasure of attending the National Landlord Investment Show – not just as visitors, but with our very own stand. And what a day it turned out to be!
From the moment the doors opened, we were greeted by a steady flow of familiar and new faces – including many we’ve been speaking to for years but had never actually met in person.
It was a brilliant reminder of how powerful in-person events can be, even in an increasingly digital world.
Having our own stand gave us the perfect platform to explain what makes our auction process different.
One of the key talking points of the day was our traditional auction method, delivered through a modern online platform. Many landlords were surprised (and excited!) to learn that we operate across the entire UK – a real eye-opener for those with geographically spread-out portfolios.
This sparked some fantastic conversations with landlords who had bought and rented out properties across the country and are now looking to sell.
As a result, we left the event with a renewed sense of how we can add value to landlords wherever they are.
The seminars running throughout the day were also incredibly insightful.
Even for our experienced team, there were new updates and legislative changes that highlighted just how much is evolving in the landlord space.
It was clear that landlords are dealing with a fast-changing environment, and many are seeking clarity and support – something we’re proud to offer through our transparent and straightforward auction process.
The energy and enthusiasm from the day left a real buzz among our team.
“We’re already itching to attend the next exhibition,” said our Relationship Manager, Molly. “There’s nothing like meeting people face to face and discussing how we can help them achieve their property goals.”
