The Stockport light switch-on will take place at the Merseyway shopping centre tonight from 3.30pm.
Soul singer Lemar will be making an appearance along with Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Ronan Parke. You can also expect to see performances from swing sensation Alexander Stewart and soprano singer Scarlett Quigley.
Local singers Jack Woodward, Roy Bennett and Ewan Simm will be taking to the stage at 3.30pm to kick off the event, ahead of the big switch on at 7 pm.
Kids can also enjoy a Troll’s Show live on stage, as well as performances from Stockport favourites, The Snowflake Sisters and a Greatest Showman Show.
Bring your family and friends along and as usual, expect snow and plenty of extra surprises.
