Can’t get to the gym? No problem! You now have the chance to mix up your exercise routine and set yourself the challenge of completing a mile – all while supporting good causes at the same time!
Yesterday, The Running Bee Foundation launched its first-ever virtual run called MyFirst™ Virtual Mile.
All you have to do is complete one mile in the month of April, send across evidence of this, and then you’ll receive your very own MyFirst™ Virtual Mile medal!
No matter your age or fitness level the event is open to everyone. However there are only a limited amount of entries available, so sign up quick!

You can complete the mile doing any activity you like – whether that be taking the dog for a walk, jumping on your treadmill or jogging around the garden.
It’s just £10 to enter and all profits will go back into the communities The Running Bee Foundation hosts its running events, all in an effort to help create and promote health and wellbeing initiatives in these areas.
If you choose to complete your virtual mile outside, the charity encourages you to abide by government guidelines and keep at least two metres away from others.
To book your place, please visit MyFirst™ Virtual Mile.
