In line with Government guidelines, we have closed our offices until further notice.

We have a reduced number of colleagues who will continue to provide service to our customers, working safely from home. We will not be carrying out viewings on any property during this time.

You can still contact us by phone or email, all communication channels will be routed to the best-placed people to help you.

We will continue to register the details of people looking to buy and can provide a telephone-based mortgage appointment to help you understand your full buying potential.

Our mortgage advice is also available if you are looking to remortgage and lock in these incredibly low-interest rates.

Our Property Management department has been extended to ensure we are fully available to look after our landlords and tenants, but please note that we are only able to deal with emergency repairs until work and travel restrictions have been lifted.

Our Accounts team are all able to process financial transactions, including receiving rent payments and making payments to landlords, please continue to pay your rent in the usual way.

The Auction team will remain available for those who are interested in selling their property or who want to enquire about a particular lot that is currently being marketed.

We will not be able to provide Survey or EPC services until these restrictions have been lifted.
