I really do love these solid and quality houses. As you walk in the house you are greeted by a spacious hallway. From the hall you have 2 large reception rooms. To the back is the galley kitchen. Upstairs again we have 2 large double bedroom and a 3rd single room and family bathroom. The garden at the back is long and home to a garage as well.
Yes this property could do with some modernising. Saying that everything in here has been very well looked after and is good quality. The doors for example look original. I think they have been panelled over. I personally would love to see the panels removed and doors dipped. The handles are great on them. This is the same for the banister. Some great features. We have a combi boiler full double glazing, I think this property would go up in considerable value with some modernising judging by the local similar properties on the market.
