Firstly I love Godley! what a great place to live. quiet and quaint little village. Near bye to a few train stations. The commute into Manchester is very easy. The surrounding area is modern detached houses and more bungalows.
The house itself is just fabulous. Large wrap around private gardens on all sides. Very well kept. A great big gated drive and garage. The conservatory is beautiful and large (also very new) so you can enjoy the garden even on rainy days.
The house itself is immaculate. It doesn't need a thing doing to it. 4 double large bedrooms. one is currently being used as an additional dining room. large kitchen and large living room. Decorated beautifully throughout. The amazing dorma was only done last year and is done to an exceptional standard. We have 2 bathrooms as well.
I personally think this bungalow is worth more. Looking at what is on the market this place is massive on a great plot and in a great area. This will make a very impressive home for someone very soon.
