Details

This is a house full of character possibly dating back to the 18th Century and we believe was probably altered in the early 19th Century and is included for group value with the neighbouring locally listed buildings of Offerton Fold.
The listing states it is included because of brick laid in English garden wall bond, slate roof. Replacement openings, the windows beneath slightly cambered heads of brick laid on end with stone sills. Door offset to the left, one window per floor. Extension on left-hand side seems to be a C20 rebuilding of an earlier building.
