Conveyancing is the branch of law that specifically relates to the legal side of moving home. A conveyancer will handle the complex legal process of transferring your property to your buyer, so you’ll need to appoint a solicitor to make this happen.

Every sale is different. The time it takes to complete can depend on both your position and your buyers’ position.
