We advertise on top property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla and promote properties using Facebook and Twitter, in addition to our own website and mobile app which attract around 50,000 visitors each month.
Your house will also be marketed across our network of ten high street branches for maximum exposure.
Q: “Do I have to be present during viewings?”
A: It’s completely up to you. One of our professionally trained Sales Negotiators will accompany every viewing on your house, so you choose whether to be there while the viewing takes place or simply leave a set of keys with your local branch.
Q: “Do I have to have a “For Sale” board?”
A: No, but it’s highly recommended. We receive dozens of calls each day from potential buyers wanting more details on a property after driving past and spotting the board outside. It’s an effective way of marketing your property 24/7 but if you simply do not want one, please advise your Valuer when signing the agency agreement.
