The Offer
By entering into a signed Sole Agency Agreement with Edward Mellor Estate Agents during the month of September & October 2021, the Vendor will benefit from free legal fees for their selling conveyance. We will pay your legal fees, not disbursements, when you instruct a solicitor from the Edward Mellor conveyancing panel and your property is sold and completed whilst under a Sole Selling Rights Agreement with Edward Mellor Limited. This offer is only available at Edward Mellor Glossop and Edward Mellor Macclesfield.

Conditions
The Vendor will receive free selling legal fees when using the services of a suitably qualified conveyancer who is a member of the Edward Mellor referral panel, comprising of ET Law (Warrington), JMW Solicitors (Manchester), and SAS Daniels (Stockport) only. The chosen solicitor is to be instructed at the commencement of marketing. You will be contacted for a commitment payment of £25 to secure the services of the online tracking system. In the event that Edward Mellor pay the conveyancing fees, the Vendor will be required to pay any disbursement charges incurred in the sale of the Property, details of which will be notified by the instructed law firm. This Agreement will end upon receipt of a Notice of Withdrawal from the Sole Agency Agreement, or Edward Mellor being aware that the vendor has instructed another agent to sell their property.
