What you need to list with us!

Congratulations! We’re delighted you’ve decided to sell your property with Edward Mellor Auctions. Before we can list your property on our website and sell it at our next auction we will need a few things from you.


Complete, sign and accept our terms and conditions

Before we are allowed to instruct and sell your home we require to accept and sign our auctioneer’s terms and conditions.

Instruct a Solicitor

You also need to instruct a solicitor as a legal requirement. Your solicitor will help to produce the legal pack and ensure all the legal requirements are completed within the necessary timescales. We recommend using Peter Robinson Solicitors. Having worked with Peter Robinson Solicitors for over 30 years. The sale of your home will be in good hands with Peter.

Do you have an up to date Energy performance certificate

Did you know it’s a legal requirement to have an up to date and valid EPC? Not sure if you have? Speak to a member of our team and we can help you source and update your EPC if necessary.
