We have three tiers of management service available, and our packages can be tailored to suit your exact requirements. From taking advantage of the full management service to simply having your rent collected and placed in your account, let us know exactly what features you would like to be included in your package.
Our Gold package is designed to protect our landlords in every way possible, and ensure that you are financially secure at all times. There are no additional costs within our Gold Management package, and it also includes rent guarantee insurance, legal expenses cover and property damage recovery. It will also pay you 50% of your monthly rent for three months after a tenant vacates should they leave it with more than £1000 worth of damages. * Terms and conditions apply. The insurance is supplied by an external company and payments are not covered by Edward Mellor.
The Silver package is our full management package which includes rent & arrears collection, maintenance co-ordination, mid-term property inspections, DPS approved ingoing and outgoing Inventories, deposit refunds, and any aspect of Property Management. We also manage your property for FREE whilst it is empty.
The Bronze package is our basic property management service, collecting the rent from your tenant and placing it into your account.
