January always tends to be a busy time for the Denton property market, with many people seizing the opportunity for a fresh start for the coming year.
The prospect of a new beginning in a new home can give buyers the motivation to put plans in place to move, which usually starts with a visit to their area’s number one local estate agent.
We’ve been extremely busy in these first few weeks helping motivated buyers and sellers move into their dream homes. This has kept our dedicated viewing representative, Georgia, on her toes with back to back viewing appointments six days a week!
We’ve been so busy this month, we’ve had to welcome a new member to the team. Shanise Thompson is our new sales negotiator who will be looking after all the property needs of our clients in Denton. Shanise has fantastic local knowledge and a passion for property which is great to have in the office, even if she does have a sweet tooth!
