We’d like to kick off our first blog of the year by saying a belated happy New Year to all of our clients in Romiley. We hope you’ve had a great start to the year and we wish you every success in 2018!
We were hard at work over the festive period helping clients in Romiley with their property needs, so January has been business as normal. Well almost!
Having been successfully looking after the Romiley Vendors and Buyer since September last year, it was time to grow the team. So, as of the 1st of January we have a new recruit; my wife Rachel Stephens.
We sold 7 properties in the month (30% of all Romiley sales according to Rightmove) and they ranged from a two bedroom semi-detached house at £170,000 through to a five bedroomed Edwardian semi at £350,000.
Our Social Media presence has been great too, boosted by the Launch of our “Where’s Nigel” campaign that has been run utilising the unique Interactive Virtual Viewings service we offer all our vendors.
