The UK’s biggest tribute band festival, Rockstock, is taking over Woodbank Park in Offerton this bank holiday weekend.
This two-day, family-friendly event will showcase electrifying sets from some of Europe’s biggest and best rock/ indie bands.
Although event organisers, UK Tribute Festivals, spare no expense creating the best possible festival experience, tickets are completely free.
“Our ethos has always been to give away the tickets for free and for you to come and experience 2 days of the best tribute bands on the planet” states their website.
The tickets are free, however, you’ll need to pay a small booking fee which only costs £3.90.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Woodbank Park, Rock Stock promises to provide an epic weekend of music over the 25th and 26th of May.
The unique family festival will see over 30 bands on two stages, beer tents, food markets, thrill rides and kids activities.
You can expect to see tribute acts to rock legends, Queen, Guns and Roses and Linkin Park. If you prefer the modern indie scene they got some pretty special tribute acts in store for you too.
These include, Kings Ov Leon, Flew Fighters, The Artificial Monkeys and many more.
