We’ve had a fantastic February here at Edward Mellor Woodley.
Although we’ve been up against the Beast from the East this month, the winter weather hasn’t stopped us from helping our clients make their perfect move.
In fact, there’s been a heatwave of activity happening in the Woodley property market. This February has been one of the busiest February’s on record for our office. Our sales team have helped 19 happy vendors sell their home in just Woodley alone! We have also achieved some fantastic results for vendors in Bredbury, Gee Cross and Hyde.
One vendor was so thrilled with the service she received from sales manager, Jackie Clifford, and the rest of the Woodley team, she sent some gorgeous flowers to say thank you. How lovely!

It has also been extremely useful for our clients looking to buy their dream home in Woodley who don’t necessarily have the time to view multiple houses. It offers a practical way for our clients to really start their property search, all from the comfort of their own home.
