I love these Victorian houses. 2 reception rooms and 2 great sized double bedrooms. I think this could easily be made in to a 3 bedroom house. I know the one we have up for sale a few doors away has converted the loft into to extra rooms. Being an end terrace this property benefits from side access. I'm not sure if its quite big enough for a drive, but other properties at the end have done this to their back yards. Lots of potential, but as is is a lovely house with great features.
