Our Head of Auctions, Aaron Wade, commented on the success of the online property auctions for 2020:

‘Despite 2020 being a year that we could never have predicted, Edward Mellor’s auction program for this year has been a great success. There has clearly been a massive appetite for purchasing property and development opportunities via our auction and we are certainly looking forward to the program we have lined up for 2021. The Edward Mellor Auction team has worked fantastic in keeping the auction department and processes as normal as possible and as long as it has been safe to do so.

We would all like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.’

We still have a number of properties for sale post-auction, so make sure you take a look. You could grab yourself a bargain! View outstanding properties.
